Shipping Destinations & Rates
We ship worldwide from our fulfilment centres in Europe. Below you'll find estimated delivery times and shipping rates for our main regions.
🇺🇸 United States
- Standard Shipping (7–14 business days): $9.90
- Express Shipping (4–7 business days): $19.90
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over $120 USD
All US shipments are dispatched via tracked courier (DHL, FedEx, or equivalent). A tracking number will be emailed once your order ships. Please note that import duties or customs fees may apply upon entry into the US — these are the buyer's responsibility.
🇪🇺 Europe (EU & EEA)
- Standard Shipping (2–5 business days): €4.90
- Express Shipping (1–2 business days): €9.90
- Free Standard Shipping on orders over €75 EUR
European orders ship from our European warehouse. Delivery times are estimated from dispatch date and may vary during peak periods.
Processing Time
Orders placed before 12:00 CET on business days are typically dispatched the same day. Orders placed on weekends or public holidays are dispatched the next business day.
Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking link. If you haven't received your tracking information within 2 business days, please contact us at office@cocoonlabz.com.
Lost or Damaged Parcels
If your order arrives damaged or is lost in transit, please contact us immediately with your order number and photographs of any damage. We will resolve the issue promptly.
